Our energy efficiency upgrades included:
- Air sealed attic in master bedroom suite
- Air sealed attic in upper floor
- Sealed House shell to 1,700 CFM 50 from 2575 CFM 50
- Sealed all duct work to 97 CFM 25 from 660 CFM 25
- Installed controlled moisture ventilation in Master Bathroom
- Installed loose fill fiberglass R-50 insulation in Master suite Attic
- Performed BPI inspection and combustion safety to insure safe and proper system operations
