At Danielsen Construction and Energy Management, we strive to provide quantifiable results for our clients. Before and after testing is done by a third-party certified home tester and energy rater. Reports are generated to the client calculating the efficiency of the HVAC system, areas of air leakage in the structure (from infrared camera images), insulation and lighting efficiency, as well as overall health and safety of the inside living or working conditions. From these reports, projections can be made of the energy cost savings you will realize. Most customers average a 40% or higher savings in their energy costs after energy upgrades are completed.
